We generally recommend 12+, or ensuring physical strength to be able to swing a hammer.

  • For safety, we recommend wearing closed-toe shoes and clothes made of natural fibers (cotton or wool). Bringing water to stay hydrated and wearing clothes you don't mind getting dirty is advisable. Safety gear and all necessary tools are provided.
